Sleepless nights
You toss
You turn
Your body
Aches
Pain radiates from the top of your legs
to the bottom of your feet
Prickly prickles in your arm
Neck Itches
Fingers go stiff and numb
Stomach growls….loudly … randomly
Hair is dry and brittle and falling out
Nails – chip,
crack
break
Random noises in your ear.
Buzzing,

Lawd, am I about to loose my hearing??

Cause you to
chew

And not swallow too fast
to avoid choking and
Problems with your esophagus
Occasional Headaches
Light headedness and pressure
Blurred vision from perfect 20/20 eyes
Shortness of breath
Extreme Fatigue
Want to sleep but can not stay asleep
Avoid the sun, they say
(the one thing that gives you life)
Forgetfulness
